AirShots AI Privacy Policy
Last Updated: March 27, 2026
1. Who We Are and How This Privacy Policy Works
AirShots AI is a product created by Airmeet Networks Private Limited. It helps marketing and growth teams, as well as individual users, automatically create AI-generated marketing content. AirShots AI can generate social media posts, email copy, landing page content, and other marketing assets from your brand materials, events, and related content.
Airmeet Networks Private Limited is a company incorporated in India. It also operates the Airmeet platform for virtual events and webinars. AirShots AI connects to Airmeet's event products, so you can turn your event and webinar content into polished marketing material.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how you can control it. It applies to:
- Visitors to the AirShots AI website
- People who sign up for a free trial, beta access, or a paid subscription
- Business customers and their team members using AirShots AI under an organizational account
- Anyone who contacts us for support, attends our events, or interacts with our marketing
This policy works alongside our Terms of Use. If you are a business customer, it also works alongside any Data Processing Addendum (DPA) you have with us. The DPA governs how we process your Customer Data (explained in Section 3). This Privacy Policy covers all personal data we handle, including both the data we collect about you and the data you share with us for processing.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@airshots.ai.
In plain language: This policy explains the personal data we collect when you visit the site or use AirShots AI, how we use it, and what choices you have.
2. What This Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- Your visits to the AirShots AI website and marketing pages
- Your use of the AirShots AI platform, whether on a free trial, beta access, or a paid plan
- Emails, calls, and support conversations with our team
- Events, webinars, or online activities that AirShots AI or Airmeet Networks organizes
- Any other interactions with our services, tools, or communications
This policy does not cover third-party websites, tools, or integrations that connect to AirShots AI. For example, if you connect AirShots AI to your social media platform or a third-party CRM, their own privacy policies apply. We encourage you to review those policies separately.
3. Our Roles as "Controller/Business" and "Processor/Service Provider"
Understanding our role matters because it affects your rights and how we handle your data.
When We Act as a Controller or Business
For our own website, marketing communications, analytics, and internal business operations, Airmeet Networks Private Limited acts as the "controller" (under GDPR and UK GDPR) or "business" (under CCPA/CPRA). This means we decide what personal data we collect and how we use it.
When We Act as a Processor or Service Provider
When you use AirShots AI as a customer, you may upload or provide content to the platform. This includes brand assets, event details, recordings, transcripts, session highlights, and similar materials. We call this your "Customer Content."
When we process Customer Content on your behalf, we act as a "processor" or "service provider." In this role, we follow your instructions. We use your Customer Content only to deliver the AirShots AI service to you, not for our own separate purposes. Business customers should refer to their Data Processing Addendum for full details on how Customer Content is handled.
In plain language: We wear two hats. When we run our website and marketing, we decide how to use your data. When you upload content for AI processing, we handle it on your instructions, not ours.

In plain language: We gather direct account data, technical usage data, and integration data so we can run the service and make it better.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device. They help us recognize you when you return, remember your settings, and understand how you use our site.

- Use our preference center (available on our website) to control marketing cookies
- Clear cookies from your device at any time (note: this may log you out of AirShots AI)
Disabling essential cookies may prevent AirShots AI from functioning properly.
Similar Technologies
We also use pixels, web beacons, and tracking tags for analytics and advertising purposes. These work in a similar way to cookies. The same controls generally apply.
In plain language: We use cookies for basic functionality, analytics, and marketing. You can control most of them through your browser or our preference center.

7. How We Use Data With AI and Content Generation
This section explains how your data interacts with AI features. We know this topic is important to you.
At a Glance
AirShots AI uses your Customer Content to generate marketing assets specifically for your account. By default, we do not use your Customer Content to train general or shared AI models. We use trusted third-party AI providers under strict contracts.
How We Generate Content
When you upload materials or provide inputs to AirShots AI, we:
- Process your content through AI models to generate marketing copy, social media posts, email text, landing page content, and other assets
- Use your brand context, event details, and other inputs to produce outputs tailored to your account
- Log telemetry about how you interact with AI features to improve platform performance and reliability
These outputs are generated for your use only. They are not shared with other customers.
Customer Content and Model Training
By default, AirShots AI does not use your Customer Content to train any general or shared AI models - neither our own nor those of our AI providers. Your content is used only to generate outputs for your account and to deliver the service you have subscribed to.
If we ever offer optional features that involve training on your content, such as custom AI capabilities built specifically for your brand, we will:
- Ask for your clear, explicit, and informed consent before proceeding
- Explain exactly what will happen to your content in plain language
- Allow you to opt in or opt out without losing access to core features
- Never treat silence or continued use of the platform as consent
Usage Data and Service Improvement
We may use de-identified or aggregated telemetry and usage data to improve AirShots AI overall. This data does not identify individual users or accounts. For example, we may analyze which types of prompts tend to produce high-quality outputs across the platform in order to improve our default templates and suggestions.
Third-Party AI Providers
AirShots AI uses third-party AI providers to help generate content. These providers:
- Process data only to the extent necessary to generate outputs for your account
- Are contractually required to protect your information and not use it for their own independent purposes
- Are bound by data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data
- May be based in different countries (see Section 9 for details on international transfers)
You can request information about which AI providers we work with by contacting us at privacy@airshots.ai.
In plain language: We use your content to build marketing materials for you, not to train AI systems for others. Third-party AI providers are kept under strict contracts and cannot use your content for their own purposes.
